Media Buyer (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

We manage Facebook and Instagram ads for 10+ e-commerce brands in Bangladesh, mostly food and lifestyle. We are looking for a media buyer who can plan, launch and scale sales campaigns, read the numbers every day, and explain results clearly to clients.

What you will do

Plan, launch and manage sales campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for our clients
Check every account every day: spend, cost per purchase, ROAS and budget
Test new audiences, creatives and offers, and scale what works
Brief our designers and video editors on what ads to make next
Prepare the weekly client report every Saturday with the plan for next week
Keep Pixel and Conversions API events working with our tech team
Keep campaigns within the client's budget and ad account limits

What we are looking for

At least 1 year of hands-on Facebook Ads experience with real budgets
Experience with sales / conversion campaigns, not only boosting posts
Good understanding of Ads Manager, Pixel, events and attribution
Comfortable with numbers and Google Sheets
Clear communication in Bangla and basic written English
Able to work from our Mirpur office, 11am–7pm, Saturday to Thursday

Nice to have

Experience with f-commerce or food brands
Knowledge of Advantage+ campaigns and creative testing
Basic knowledge of TikTok or Google Ads
Experience writing ad copy in Bangla
